Waterman's Solution Method for Rubik's Cube - Corners of R Layer

Stage II: Corners of R Layer

The aim of this step is to solve the last four unsolved corners of the -R- layer. We will temporarily turn the cube so as the -R- layer will face up. This step can be completed using only one sequence and can be done very quickly bacause the longest sequence requires 11 turns and all remaining sequences are shorter. All sequences in this step do not affect the solved -L- layer but can mix edges in the ring and -R- layer.

In the beginning this step requires quite a lot of sequences to learn. For easier learning the whole method it is possible to solve this step in two sub-steps: orienting all corners (all top facelets are facing up) and positioning the corners to the mutually correct positions. After learning all eight necessary sequences you can incrementally learn the remaining ones (these 8 algorithms are subset of all necessary algorithms).

Performing one of the following sequences fixes the orientation of the top four corners.

After orientation of the last four corners their position can be solved using one of the following two sequences.

To perform this step really quickly you will need to learn all possible cases that can occur for the last four corners. There are 43 different configurations of the last four corners. One configuration is the solved one and two configurations requires no orientation and were shown previously. Solutions to the remaining 40 configurations follow.
